SAB Elteknik is part of the Addtech group, and together with our sister companies, we want to contribute to a more sustainable society. We support the ten fundamental principles within the UN's Global Compact and base ourselves on fundamental international conventions both in our own code of conduct and that of our suppliers.

Concrete measures

Issues of sustainability and responsibility must permeate everything we do. Some concrete examples of what this results in:

• Optimised logistics with reduced transportation and lower CO₂ emissions. Our new head office in Varberg is in a strategically beneficial location which reduces our environmental impact.
  
  
• Green transportation. We choose rail over air and are replacing diesel vehicles with new electric hybrid vehicles. We do not travel more often than necessary. We are happy to visit our customers, but today we also have numerous online meetings that save time and have a positive climate impact.
  
  
• Green product development. In conjunction with our suppliers, we are endeavouring to improve the products' environmental profile and reduce their climate impact.
  
  
• Social responsibility. SAB Elteknik carefully selects its suppliers and collaborative partners. We want to conduct ethically sound business and take social responsibility that contributes to a better world.
